Thea Cooke-Campbell is a Development Producer and Film Producer with a genuine love for creative development. A natural ideas generator, she delights in shaping television formats, exploring fresh concepts, and turning early-stage ideas into exciting, fully formed pitches. She particularly enjoys the research process, uncovering great talent, and designing beautifully crafted treatments in Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint — making documents glossy and visually engaging is second nature to her, and something she truly enjoys.

She thrives on collaboration, whether that’s gaining access to unusual locations or working closely with commissioners to refine and elevate ideas. A passionate writer, Thea spends much of her free time developing short stories and scripts, a habit that feeds directly into her ability to write persuasive, characterful pitch documents in a wide range of tones and voices.

With a strong background in television and film production, Thea has worked across a variety of projects, including an Emmy Award–winning television series and feature films starring high-profile talent such as Brooke Shields, Anthony Head, Les Dennis, and David Hayman.
